In the North east of Italy is the Veneto region. While traveling in this region, you clearly can see that the vineyards are planted in the foothills of stemming slopes and terraces. They are approximately five hundred meters above the sea level. Plains dominated by alluvian soil brought by the Adige river and streams flowing from different valleys. Grapes grown here as successfully as cherries, peaches, various vegetables and cereals.
