The fountain of life Fiuggi’s natural springs, celebrated for their purifying and healing powers, have drawn pilgrims to the region for hundreds of years. The building provides an elegant and historical backdrop to the therapies. Dating back to 1913, Palazzo Fiuggi exudes the sinuous Art Nouveau – or Liberty – architectural style that flourished in the region at the beginning of the twentieth century. It’s why we created a special nutrition and exercise program for our guests: the Palazzo Fiuggi Food Line. Developed by our in-house experts, our program is individually tailored to each guest, featuring a personalized combination of healthful nutrients. Sustainable organic and biodynamic ingredients are selected from the region’s renowned ‘terroir’, as well as from the vegetable garden inside the Palazzo’s park.

Spa The spa uses the renowned Fiuggi waters to transformational effect. The larger rooms – including the gymnasium and yoga studios – have picture windows overlooking the gardens and allowing the sunlight to flood in. Spread across 6000 sqm, the medical spa is finished with precious elemental materials such as stone and marble. At the heart of the wellness center are the thalassotherapy baths with sea minerals and a spa suite that includes whirlpool, sauna and Turkish baths. Clinic The Palazzo Fiuggi clinic combines medical and spa therapies to diagnose, prescribe and implement treatments and procedures that are personailzed to each guest’s needs. Our team of specialists will use their expertise to tailor programs to transform health and wellbeing in the long term. Movement lab A generous 400 sqm gymnasium is situated in the Palazzo’s former ballroom. The light and airy space is the location for our core exercise programs which promote ways of movement and ‘remise en-forme’. Expect the latest equipment, including Technogym and Icaros VR machines. Roman therme The Palazzo’s 700 sqm facility perfectly reproduces the experience of ancient Roman baths. The area, connected to the central body of the building, enjoys a unique view of the fascinating old town. Beauty Directed by Palazzo Fiuggi’s cosmetic consultant, Dr. Barbara Sturm, our beauty clinic incorporates the latest facilities, treatments and products to help guests radiate beauty from the inside out. Our holistic approach promotes a fit, active, healthy body and mind that’s complemented by top beauty treatments and products. Saunas and Turkish baths Our Roman Thermae provides an extensive wet area that features saunas and Turkish baths – with separate rooms for male and female guests – and views overlooking the old town. Icaros takes a virtual approach to fitness training. The gyroscopic base provides resistance and – with the aid of a VR headset and joystick – allows you to improve your fitness while having fun. Reaxing training

The Ranch At Palazzo Fiuggi
This exclusive program combines the Ranch’s award-winning, results-oriented fitness program with the services and expertise of our esteemed medical team at Palazzo Fiuggi. Limited to 25 guests each week, this 7-night, 8-day experience features a daily schedule that mirrors The Ranch Malibu’s signature no-options program. Each day includes a four-hour morning mountain hike, nap time, afternoon strength and core training classes, yoga and daily massage complemented by a plant-based, nutrient dense diet. The hikes are meant to be done for time rather than distance, with a varied trail each day. The result is an immersive and transformative program that gives guests a more complete picture of their overall health and longevity.
