Covering an area of 35 to 40 square meters, the rooms at Lily of the Valley are located within several "houses." The wildness of nature is all around. Guests can enjoy spacious terraces with views onto the Mediterranean and the protected hills of the Cap Lardier estate.
Drenched in sunshine and filled with color, the Mediterranean region offers an incredible palette of flavors. Chef Vincent Maillard showcases the region's ingredients in local, seasonal cuisine, with healthy, delicious meals that will tantalize your taste buds. Vincent Maillard's vocation owes nothing to chance. Immersed in kitchen life from his teenage years, he learned the profession with some of the greatest chefs, including Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse.
SPA & Wellness
The Shape Club is the epicenter of the Lily of the Valley concept, with 2,000 m² devoted to wellness, weight loss and sport. Featuring a large fitness room, fitness class studios, a heated semi-Olympic pool, treatment and consultation rooms, saunas, a steam room, and a snow shower, the Shape Club welcomes hotel guests looking for support to achieve their weight loss goals. Each guest is guided and motivated by a team of professionals who apply the advice of Lily of the Valley's consultant nutritionist, Jacques Fricker.
INTENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS. Throughout the duration of your stay, you'll be monitored by our dietician and team of coaches advised by Jacques Fricker. This first step is about losing a lot of weight quickly. Your diet plan will be combined with an exercise program and treatments that promote drainage and fat loss.
