The Bvlgari Resort Dubai participates to the project taking action in vast desert cleaning and tree planting activities within the 500-hectare Al Wadi Nature Re-serve, aiming at raising awareness on sustainability and environmental conscious-ness.

The unique initiative, at its II edition, was born as part of the World Planting Day and the International Day of Forests from the passion and commitment of several organizations to make the UAE greener and more sustainable. An indigenous spe-cies, named the UAE National Tree, the Ghaf is a drought – tolerant, evergreen tree that is, possibly, the sturdiest plant of the harsh desert environment.

Bvlgari Resort Dubai draws inspiration from its ocean setting to create a sparkling oasis of nautical-inspired luxury. Conceived of and executed by the Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, it captures a particularly Italian sensibility, melding Mediterranean charm with Middle Eastern embellishment.

The 1.4-million-square-foot Resort exists in harmony with its stunning location on Jumeira Bay, so that every facet is designed to complement the sea views, sunshine and shimmering skyline that lies just beyond the bay. The standout motif is a coral-like sunshade that wraps around the façade of the building. Other distinctive maritime touches abound, like the oak wood planks that recall the deck of a ship.

Like a jewel, the façade is transparent in parts, so that it seems to rise up out of the ocean, all of a piece with its magical marine setting. To leverage the gorgeous natural light, the colour palette is light and airy, with signature Bvlgari marble and soaring windows gracing rooms, suites and public areas.

Black granite and travertine appear throughout the Resort, a distinctively Italian design choice that is carried through by contemporary furniture from Italy’s best-known designers

Deluxe beach view room. The 55 sqm Deluxe beach view rooms enjoy glorious vistas of the resort’s sandy beach. With the beach right on the doorstep, these rooms, each with a private balcony, are the perfect place to admire the resort surround. Rooms are fitted with one king size, or two queen-sized beds, with a bathtub and shower facilities

The Deluxe suite measures a generous 105 sqm and offers a large master bedroom along with a balcony to either enjoy the Dubai skyline or the sea view of the Ara-bian Gulf.

Junior suite. Distinguished by a large living and lounge area, the 80 sqm suite boasts views of either the Dubai skyline, where guests can spot the world’s tallest tower nestled amongst the Dubai skyline, or enjoy the open vistas of the Arabian Gulf. Its generously sized balcony becomes a second living room and as dusk falls, allows guests to truly relish the sunset views.

One bedroom beach view villa. The onebedroom beach view villa is spread across 175 sqm, with stunning landscaped gardens and a temperature controlled pool, just steps from the beachfront. Complete with a master bedroom with a king size bed, luxurious bathroom with a sunken marble bathtub, handheld shower and separate shower cubicle, the villa also offers a fully equipped kitchenette and dining facilities. Two bedroom beach view villa. Ideal for families or friends travelling together, this beachfront accommodation is 250 sqm, with the added option of connecting to a One-Bedroom Beach View Villa. The bvlgari villa. The 540 sqm Bvlgari Villa, the biggest on the property, is the very ultimate in luxury and privacy. With its spectacular oval pool, additional 500 square-meter garden and wooden decked terrace, a private home cinema, indoor hydromassage and hammam, the Bvlgari Villa is the ultimate luxurious destination for family and friends.

Dining

Il bar. Sharing space with Il Ristorante – Niko Romito while featuring a seaside, the iconic oval Bvlgari bar has become emblematic of the Bvlgari hospitality collection, interpreted in different materials. For Dubai, its shape comes in a shiny chrome, offering a more sociable ambiance, with guests facing each other. Il café. Open from morning to late night and featuring a large deck terrace overlooking the Marina, Il Café is the perfect blend between the Italian essence and the local culture. The menu provides Mediterranean and Middle Eastern delicacies, including an all-day breakfast option for the in-house guests.

Il ristorante - niko romito. Echoing the elegant design of the original Bvlgari Hotel Milano, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at The Bvlgari Resort Dubai celebrates the rich heritage of Italy. Every element of the restaurant’s ambiance has been hand-picked to ensure a seamless dining experience. Raised banquettes offer a better view of the Arabian Gulf, as a dramatic black ceiling gives the impression of dining at night under the sky. Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts’ own Michelin starred Italian chef, Niko Romito, has curated a blend of modern and classical Italian concept exclusively for Il Ristorante, interpreting the exquisite flavours of Italy with modern simplicity. Working from his three starred restaurant in Italy and regularly counseling his personally trained chef, resident in the hotel he brings to Il Ristorante – Niko Romito a menu that expresses the Italian culture at its best.

La spiaggia. At the Resort’s beach, guests can enjoy a variety of international food and drinks during the day; while by night, the beach club glistens under the lanterns and candlelight and offers the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze.

Yacht club restaurant. Nestled on the end of the Marina, the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club is a unique destination which overlooks a 46-boat harbour and recreates the charm of a Mediterranean atmosphere in the heart of the Gulf. Open for lunch and dinner, it features an Italian Restaurant specializing in fish conceived to offer its diners a timeless dining experience.

Hōseki. Meaning “gemstone” in Japanese, Hōseki is a minimalist jewel-box of a destination where guests can enjoy a one-of-a-kind gastronomic treat by Chef Masahiro Sugiyama. With just nine seats, dining at Hōseki is a unique Omakase experience, the most traditional way to savor Japanese food which means “I leave it to you”. After arriving through a special Tokonoma, or entry room, guests turn their palates over to the whims of the chef. Chef Sugiyama bases his courses on the preferences of those seated at the counter, as well as on the freshest and best ingredients of the day, so no two meals are exactly alike—but every single one is an exceptional journey into the heart of Japan’s culinary tradition. The dining room overlooks the Dubai skyline, so that each intimate dinner is accompanied by a glittering view. For groups, there is a private dining room that seats up to twelve. Located on the 4th floor of the Resort, Hōseki is open for lunch and dinner and reservations are required.

SPA & Wellness

Located on the ground floor of Bvlgari Resort Dubai, the Bvlgari Spa and the Workshop co-function to provide the ultimate eudemonic wellness experience over 1,700 square-meter. The spa oasis features a variety of relaxing amenities including 7 treatment rooms and a couple suite, a hammam, a large 25m indoor pool and an iconic vitality pool inspired by the ancient Caracalla Roman baths. As in all the Bvlgari properties, also the Bvlgari Resort Dubai gym offers the WORKSHOP GYMNASIUM signature training method. Lee Mullins, who Founded WORKSHOP in London, has been heralded as one of the world’s leading personal trainers and has sculpted some of the most beautiful bodies in the world. WORKSHOP pioneers a new level of comprehensive workout based on its innovative FRAMEWORK assessment, a unique series of body evaluations that helps create the most customised training and wellness programs in the world that includes fitness, nutrition and more. Desert safari. Majestic sand dunes and private camps enliven the Arabic spirit from the most exciting safari trip. The experience starts from the hotel with a comfortable drive to the Dubai Desert where guests discover the desert wildlife and spot authentic desert animals like Arabian Oryx and gazelles. For an exclusive experience, guests can create their own menus with a Private Chef at the luxurious and private camp prior discovering the stars and planets with an Astronomer or create memorable memories with tailor-made activities and entertainment.

Abu dhabi tour. Guest can discover the United Arab Emirates’ capital and its emblematic attractions with a private tour within the comfort of the property’s signature vehicle, the Maserati Quattroporte. From Le Louvre Abu Dhabi, a pioneer cultural project gathering different cultures to immerse the visitor into an artistic voyage to the newly opened Palace Qasr Al Watan sharing Emirati culture and knowledge to the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest worldwide mosques, guests experience an inspiring local journey through emblematic and sumptuous venues.

Helicopter tour. Dubai is a city unlike any other in the world and guests are able to discover it through a different perspective. From 10 minutes to an hour ride, this experience in the skies over Dubai gives a comprehensive overview of the city from the world-famous attractions to some incredible manmade islands.

Old dubai. Souks, woodens boats and the ancient Creek, transport the visitor to an unexplored and antique civilization. For this excursion, guests will leave the resort within the comfort of a Maserati Quattroporte, prior to reach the ancient part of the city where they will be able to discover the Gold and Spices souks to the textile market and the historical neighborhood with traditional Arabian homes, museums and art galleries.
